Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting between the Uzbek delegation, led by Umid Shadiev, Chairman of the Tourism Committee, and Caroline Leboucher, Director General of the French Tourism Development Agency "Atout France," at the international exhibition "IFTM Top Resa" in Paris marked an important step in developing tourism cooperation between the two countries.

During the meeting, the parties exchanged views and discussed in detail the current state and future prospects of cooperation between the tourism administrations of both nations.

In particular, an agreement was reached to systematically develop mutual cooperation, involve the leadership of "Atout France" in tourism exhibitions held in Uzbekistan, and work on projects for exchanging expertise in tourism workforce training.
