Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Jamol Makhmudov, Deputy Minister of Digital Technologies of Uzbekistan, held a meeting with Jaap Ora, the new Ambassador of Estonia to Uzbekistan.

During the meeting, the parties discussed issues of expanding cooperation between Uzbekistan and Estonia in the field of digital technologies.

Specifically, they explored the prospects of leveraging Estonia's expertise in areas such as digital government, e-visa systems, and other digital solutions.

Additionally, both sides expressed their readiness to further expand partnerships in the fields of information technology, telecommunications, digital economy, and e-services.

As a result of the meeting, agreements were reached to continue developing contacts and support new opportunities for cooperation.
