Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan’s Minister of Transport, Ilkhom Makhkamov, held a meeting with the newly appointed Ambassador of Estonia to Uzbekistan, Jaap Oraa, during which the two sides discussed prospects for bilateral cooperation in the transport sector.

Special attention was given to issues such as increasing the volume of cargo transportation using Estonia's ports and warehouse infrastructure, as well as sharing expertise in the development of digital transport services.

To further expand cooperation, Ilkhom Makhkamov proposed organizing a Road Show in Estonia and holding a forum in Uzbekistan involving business representatives as part of international events scheduled for this year.
