The sides discussed prospects for cooperation between Uzbekistan and the EBRD, as well as practical aspects of opening of the representative office of the bank in Tashkent, the press service of the Uzbek Foreign Ministry said.

The sides exchanged views on the progress of work on the draft EBRD Strategy for Uzbekistan for 5 years.

The issues of participation of representatives of the bank in the International Investment Forum and conference “Central Asia in the System of International Transport Corridors: Strategic Perspectives and Unrealized Opportunities” in Tashkent were also discussed.
