Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — As part of the official visit of the government delegation of the Republic of Uzbekistan to the People's Republic of China, led by Prime Minister Abdulla Aripov, a number of meetings, negotiations, and business forums were held aimed at enhancing bilateral partnership.

During the visit, Mirziyod Yunusov, Chairman of the UzEltechSanoat Association, held talks with Mr. Yang Baoping, Chairman of the Board of the Chinese company Jezetek (Sichuan Jiuzhou Investment Holding Group Co., Ltd). Following the meeting, the two parties signed a memorandum of understanding.

The document outlines the establishment of a strategic partnership in the electrical industry. In particular, it includes plans to jointly establish a plant for the production of high-voltage cables and electrical products, as well as the manufacturing of equipment based on modern technologies such as LED screens, Wi-Fi routers, and digital devices.

The signing of the memorandum marks a significant step toward strengthening cooperation, attracting advanced manufacturing solutions, and expanding Uzbekistan’s potential in green and digital technologies.
