Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 26 August, a meeting took place at the Ministry of Investments, Industry, and Trade of Uzbekistan between Deputy Minister Akram Aliyev and CalCity Industrial Park Director S. Kürkçü.

During the discussions, the company presented its investment plans, including projects for cultivating and processing fibrous crops, producing cellulose, manufacturing fire-resistant construction blocks, and developing textile products.

Particular attention was given to the initiative for processing cotton and grain straw into cellulose, considered a promising direction for industrial applications.

Both parties highlighted the economic and social significance of the projects and signed a Memorandum of Understanding, which will serve as a foundation for the accelerated implementation of the planned initiatives.

The meeting concluded with an agreement to further expand cooperation and explore new promising areas of collaboration.
