Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan and Bangladesh have signed a new agreement to develop the textile industry.

The agreement reached between representatives of the textile sectors of both countries covers several areas of cooperation.

In particular, the parties intend to strengthen economic cooperation and promote mutual investments by creating new business opportunities.

As part of the agreement, the rotation of specialists is planned to exchange knowledge and experience.

Uzbekistan and Bangladesh will jointly develop cooperative projects for the production of goods. Part of these goods will be sold on the Bangladeshi market, while the rest will be exported to third countries.

The parties are also considering the possibility of opening warehouses in Bangladesh to optimize logistics and reduce costs.

Cooperation between the textile industry associations of the two countries will be further strengthened.
