Uzbekistan and Bangladesh may resume direct flights

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan and Bangladesh are considering the possibility of resuming direct flights, Financial Express reported.

Secretary to the Government of Bangladesh Mahbub Hossain said that the Bangladesh Cabinet has approved a draft bilateral agreement on this issue.

Previously, direct flights existed between the countries from 1993 to 2005. Flights were suspended in 2005.
