Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) —  Negotiations took place in Termez with a delegation from Afghanistan, which visited the Termez International Trade Center to participate in a regional inter-industry trade fair.

The negotiations involved S. Saidnazirkhanov, a representative of the Chamber of Commerce and Industry, Sh. Juraev, Deputy Khokim of the Surkhandarya Region, as well as heads of relevant departments and agencies, entrepreneurs, and representatives of the Afghan government.

During the discussions, the parties addressed issues related to advancing bilateral cooperation to a new level and expanding its scope.

As a result of the negotiations, a memorandum of understanding was signed. Additionally, talks were held between the Afghan delegation and Uzbek entrepreneurs regarding the implementation of new projects and the establishment of cooperation.
