Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Airways cancels flight HY301/302 on the route Tashkent - Tel Aviv – Tashkent, scheduled for 15 April 2024.

The airline noted that this decision was made in connection with the closure of airspace over part of the Middle East countries, as well as taking into account the decision of the aviation authorities of the Republic of Uzbekistan related to the need to ensure flight safety.

The air carrier noted that passengers of this flight can rebook or refund tickets without penalties.

To do this, passengers must contact the Uzbekistan Airways Sales branch or airline representative offices abroad.

“Uzbekistan Airways reminds that passenger safety comes first. We apologize for the inconvenience caused to passengers and greeters,” the airline said in a statement.

It should be underlined that Iran attacked Israel with drones and missiles in retaliation to an attack on the Iranian consulate in Damascus (Syria).
