Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- As part of the Third Tashkent International Investment Forum, Uzbekistan Airways JSC held a working meeting with representatives of the Airbus concern.

Today, on 1 May, the management of Uzbekistan Airways held a working meeting with the President of Airbus in the European region, Johan Pelissier, and the Vice-President of Airbus International in the Eastern Europe and Central Asia region, Jacques Garrigues.

During the meeting, issues of successful relationships, opportunities for expanding the aircraft fleet of the national air transport of the Republic of Uzbekistan, as well as issues of personnel training and expanding cooperation in terms of technical support for Uzbekistan Airways aircraft were discussed.

The parties noted the need to continue to pursue the goal of creating safe air travel and the high level of cooperation between the two companies.

As part of the event, guests visited the Uzbekistan Airways Flight Control Center.
