Another session was devoted to projects in the field of reconstruction and construction. By this day, a concept and a feasibility study for two airports, Bukhara and Urgench, have been prepared and submitted for approval to the Ministry of Finance. The concept and feasibility study for the Namangan airport are at the development stage. Also, active work is underway on the Tashkent airport project together with consultants from Singapore's Changi airport.

“Team building for employees is a very important part of team building, team building in such a large company as ours. It is important to know each other, to understand who is doing what, what kind of work, but most importantly, it is important to know where we are all moving, to see a common goal and build the right route towards it. This is not our first such team building. We, being a state-owned company, are trying to introduce such modern HR tools as team building, to unite and motivate people. Tomorrow, a group of employees will leave for Issyk-Kul - this will be the first international flight of Silk Avia," said Rano Juraeva, Chairman of the Board of Uzbekistan Airports.
