Uzbekistan Airports puts spaces at Tashkent Airport up for auction
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Uzbekistan Airports has listed several spaces for lease at Tashkent International Airport and the under-construction cargo terminal on the E-auksion.uz online platform.
Several properties are up for bidding in the departure terminal. On the second floor, a 10-square-meter space for consultation and banking services is available, with a starting price of 180 million soums per year (excluding VAT). Additionally, an 8-square-meter area for an international airline representative desk is being auctioned, with an initial rental price of 96 million soums per year (excluding VAT).
In the sterile departure zone, a 30-square-meter space is being offered for a food and beverage outlet under an international brand, with a starting price of 540 million soums per year (excluding VAT).
The CIP lounge in the arrivals hall has a 40-square-meter space available for a restaurant, with an initial price of 288 million soums per year (excluding VAT).
Additionally, a 72.59-square-meter space with direct access to the apron is available for aviation cleaning services, with a starting bid of 548 million soums per year (excluding VAT).
A 132.2-square-meter space in the administrative building of the cargo terminal is also up for auction for use as a cafeteria, with a starting price of 237 million soums per year (excluding VAT).
The auctions will take place on March 11 and 13, 2025, on the E-auksion.uz platform. Companies wishing to participate must meet the technical requirements outlined in the lot conditions. All eligibility criteria and starting prices are available on E-auksion.uz. According to auction rules, the final price may increase by at least 10% during the bidding process.
