Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Uzbekistan Airports issued additional shares worth 119.23 billion soums.

The third issue of shares of Uzbekistan Airports was registered on 7 June 2024.

As part of this issue, the company plans to place 1,192,364,273 common shares. The nominal value of one share is 100 soums.

These shares will be transferred to the state represented by the Ministry of Economy and Finance in exchange for the international terminal “Tashkent-2” and station parking lots of the local terminal “Tashkent-3” with a total area of 24.3 thousand square meters. m., valued at 55.68 billion soums, as well as buildings and structures of the Tashkent Regional State Tax Inspectorate, valued at 63.55 billion soums.
