The measures were adapted for improving system on architecture planning and carrying our complex construction at the territory of Uzbekistan, first of all in rural areas, improving quality of developed projects, etc.

In line with the document, UzLITTI CJSC and Toshuyjoyloyiha OJSC design-research organizations will be merged into ToshuyjoyLITI OJSC. Newly founded enterprise will specialize on developing standard projects, including apartment houses and public buildings, carrying out scientific-research work, etc.

Uzagrosanoatloyiha LLC will be formed based on Donloyiha LLC and Uzmevasabzavot-uzumsanoatloyiha LLC design-research organizations. This enterprise will design objects for agriculture purpose, enterprises on processing fruits and vegetable products, cattle breeding products, beekeeping and others.

In the result of merger of Uzrangmetlohiya and UzGEOTEKHLITI, design-research organization, UzGEORANGLIMETLITI will be founded.

UzGEORANGLIMETLITI will focus on designing mining and metallurgy objects, developing project documentations on reconstruction and modernization of existing metallurgy enterprises, and others.

The government decided to merge ZPLITI and О’ZGASHK and form UzGASHKLITI design-research organization, which will carry out engineer-technical research in construction, geo information and town-building cadastre.

The document said UzshaharsozlikLITI OJSC will be re-organized into the state unitary enterprise. UzshaharsozlikLITI OJSC will develop general plans of cites and settlements, projects of large and unique buildings, social-culture, habitation and public objects.

State Architecture Construction Committee will be founder of the UzGASHKLITI, UzshaharsozlikLITI and UzGEORANGLIMETLITI.
