Uzbekinvest Hayot’s charter capital hits 3m euros
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Insurance company Uzbekinvest Hayot increased its charter capital up to 3 million euros, the press service of the company said.

In order to implement requirements of the Government of Uzbekistan and decision of founders of the company from 26 November 2012, the charter capital of Uzbekinvest Hayot was increased to 3 million euros of equivalent.

Uzbekinvest Hayot is one of leading companies of Uzbekistan in personal insurance. It renders services on insurance of life and health, offering over 20 products.

Uzbekinvest Hayot Insurance Company was established in 2003 as the banch of Uzbekinvest National Export-Import Insurance Company. The Company was registered on 22 December 2003 under by the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan.

Uzbekinvest Hayot Insurance Company was created in the purpose of providing life insurance services to the physical and legal persons of Uzbekistan, foreign physical and legal persons, and other statelessness persons.

After increasing the number of shareholders by entering Kafolat State Joint Stock Insurance Company on November 2009, the Company was renamed to Uzbekinvest Hayot Subsidiary Insurance Company in the form of Economical Society increasing the authority capital up to the equivalent of 1.5 million euros.

Currently, Uzbekinvest owns 80% stake in Uzbekinvest Hayot, while Kafolat possesses 20% shares in the company.
