Uzbekinvest Hayot to raise charter capital up to 3m euros
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Insurance company Uzbekinvest Hayot will increase its charter capital up to 3 million euros, the company’s press service said.

The shareholders meeting of Kafolat state joint stock company, the decision was adopted to increase charter capital of Uzbekinvest Hayot up to 3 million euros.

The company added that the share of Kafolat makes up 20% or 600,000 euros in the charter capital of Uzbekinvest Hayot.

Uzbekinvest Hayot Insurance Company was established in 2003 as the banch of Uzbekinvest National Export-Import Insurance Company. The Company was registered on 22 December 2003 under by the Ministry of Justice of Uzbekistan.

Uzbekinvest Hayot Insurance Company was created in the purpose of providing life insurance services to the physical and legal persons of Uzbekistan, foreign physical and legal persons, and other statelessness persons.

After increasing the number of shareholders by entering Kafolat State Joint Stock Insurance Company on November 2009, the Company was renamed to Uzbekinvest Hayot Subsidiary Insurance Company in the form of Economical Society increasing the authority capital up to the equivalent of 1,5 million euros (82,95% shared by Uzbekinvest NEIIC and 17.05% shared by Kafolat SJSIC).
