The document was signed in the result of the negotiations of the heads of Uzbekinvest and KSure.

The memorandum envisages cooperation on joint projects, including re-insurance of the Uzbek-Korean joint ventures in the third countries.

Korea Trade Insurance Corporation (K-sure) was established in July 1992 as the official export credit agency of Korea. The charter capital of the company makes up US$1.84 billion.

It specializes in insurance, co-insurance, re-insurance of trade insurance, guarantees on export and import loans.
