Demonopolisation Committee of Uzbekistan said it inspected Uzbekenergo and revealed several infringements and issued order to pay fine.

Uzbekenergo did not agreed with the decision and appealed to Economic Court of Uzbekistan. Economic Court of Uzbekistan considered the materials of the case and adopted decision that the actions of the Demonopolisation Committee were appropriate.
