Shareholders of the bank adopted decision on increasing charter capital at the extraordinary meeting, which was held on 10 November 2011.

In line with the decision of shareholders, the bank will increase par value of shares from 140,000 soums to 151,000 soums. The charter capital is approved at the level of 25,911,600,000 soums, which will consist of 171,600 shares.

The difference between oil and new par value at the size of 1,877,600,000 soums will be paid due to undistributed income of the bank for previous years.
