Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A WTF tournament on taekwondo “Turkish Open” ended in Antalya (Turkey). Uzbek team claimed 10 medals at the tournament.

Nikita Rafalovich (-74 kg), Davron Azimov (-87 kg), Madina Mannopova (-49 kg), Nigora Tursunkulova (-67 kg), Svetlana Osipova (+73 kg) and Amirbek Turaev (-48 kg, among juniors) won gold medals of “Turkish Open”.

Bahrom Abdullaev (-54 kg) of Uzbekistan clinched a silver medal. Valentin Khegai (-54 kg), Zaria Kasimova (-57 kg) and Shuhrat Salaev (-80 kg) became the bronze medalists of the tournament.

Earlier, Nikita Rafalovich (silver) and Valentin Khegai (bronze) became winners of the President’s Cup European region tournament. Thus, according to the results of two tournaments, the taekwondo fighters of Uzbekistan won 12 medals.
