Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- The competitions of the World Cup among youth fencing (saber) ended in the capital of Bahrain. The girls’ team performances were successful for the Uzbekistan national team.

In particular, the quartet of Gulistan Perdibaeva, Fernanda Herrera, Nargiza Jaksibaeva and Samirv Shokirova overcame all rivals. The girls managed to prove their skills and win a gold medal. In the final they defeated the Bulgarian team with a score of 45:30.

In the individual category, Gulistan Perdibaeva was awarded gold, and Fernanda Herrera - bronze.
