Uzbek-Russian venture produces asphalt emulsion
Jarkurganneft, an Uzbek-Russian joint venture located in Surkhandarya region, launched capacities for production of asphalt emulsion.
The capacity of the new line is over 30,000 tonnes of asphalt emulsion per year, UzA reported on 23 October.
The agency said that the venture supplies asphalt emulsion to road builders of Tashkent city, Surkhandarya and Ferghana region.
It added that the company plans to supply asphalt emulsion to other regions of Uzbekistan after expansion of the capacities.
