Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — On 16 August 2024, the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a phone conversation with the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Russian Federation Sergei Lavrov.

The foreign ministries of Uzbekistan and Russia are mobilizing all resources to fully implement the agreements reached between the heads of state.

The parties discussed issues related to enhancing their comprehensive strategic partnership and alliance, as well as cooperation in both bilateral and multilateral formats, wrote the Uzbek Foreign Minister on his Telegram channel.
