Uzbek President Islam Karimov received a delegation led by the president of the Malaysian Petronas corporation, Tan Sri Dato Mohd Hassan Marican, at the Oqsaroy presidential residence on Tuesday, 11 December.

President Islam Karimov welcomed members of the delegation led by the president of the Malaysian Petronas corporation to Uzbekistan, and stressed that the high-ranking guest’s visit to Uzbekistan would raise our relations to a qualitatively new stage.

Tan Sri Dato Mohd Hassan Marican expressed gratitude to Uzbek President Islam Karimov for frank reception. He said Petronas is interested in expanding participation in investment projects of Uzbekistan.
