Uzbek President leaves for Ashgabat with official visit

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov left for Ashgabat on 19 October with an official visit on invitation of the Turkmen President Gurbanguly Berdymuhamedov.

During the visit, the presidents of two states will discuss expanding the Uzbek-Turkish cooperation, actual regional and international character of mutual interest.

In the result of the talks, the sides are planning to sign several bilateral documents directed at deepening cooperation of two states in various spheres.
