Uzbek President approves CIS agreement on training specialists in use of natural and liquefied gas as motor fuel
Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov approved agreement on cooperation of the member states of the Commonwealth of Independent States in preparation, training and improving skills of specialists in the first of the use of natural and liquefied gas as motor fuel.

The document was signed on 21 May 2010 in Saint Petersburg, Russia.

The document is aimed at assisting to implementation of national programmes of the member states of CIS on use of natural and liquefied gas as motor fuel for vehicles in part of preparation, training and improving skills of specialists in the areas through holding agreed measures on developing and using single education programmes, developing mechanisms of implementing joint projects and organization of information exchange.

The resolution of the Uzbek leader said that Uzbekneftegaz national holding company and Ministry of higher and secondary special education of Uzbekistan were determined as competent bodies, responsible for implementation of the agreement.

The Uzbek leader entrusted the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan to direct to depository corresponding notification on implementation of inter-state procedures, necessary for entering into force of the agreement, and determining competent bodies for implementation of the agreement.
