Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from Uzbekistan’s off-budget Pension Fund is currently visiting the Czech Republic to study the country’s pension provision system.

As part of the visit, a roundtable was held on February 5 with representatives from the Czech Ministry of Labor and Social Affairs. The working group was led by the Executive Director of the Pension Fund, Murodbek Atadjanov.

During the meeting, the parties discussed the pension system of the Czech Republic, its key objectives and goals, as well as the ongoing reforms.

Additionally, the possibility of signing an Agreement on Cooperation between Uzbekistan and the Czech Republic in the field of pension provision was discussed.

At the conclusion of the event, the parties agreed to continue the dialogue, exchange experiences in the area of pension provision, and implement the knowledge gained in practice.
