Budget is directed at ensuring macroeconomic stability and sustainable growth of the gross regional product (GDP), formation of modernized, diversified and competitive economy, further increasing well-being and level of population lives.
The document was developed taking into account implementation of Anti-crisis programme on preventing and neutralizing consequences of global financial-economic crisis for 2009-2012.
The State Budget for 2011 envisages structural reforms and development of economy through effective investment policy, technical and technological re-equipment of important production industries, improvement of tax administration, directed at supporting activity of business entities. The budget also pays attention to solving social issues.
