Studying mandatory levying of tax showed that the law does not regulates legal mechanism on transfer of bankrupt-debtors’ properties, which have debts to the state budget and off-budget funds, to the state and mechanism of repaying their debts through realization of these properties.

The draft law envisages to introduce changes and amendments to the law “On bankruptcy” and amend article 1421, envisaging mechanism on transfer of debtors’ properties to the state and their realization by the authorized body on management of the state property.

The law was passed in the first reading.
