The press-service of Legislative Chamber said that the document is aimed to clearly define the requirements for officials conducting inspections of businesses, foundations and timing of their implementation, as well as the rights and responsibilities of the inspection of business entities.

Taking into account this, the amendments will be made to the existing laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On state control of business entities,” “On guarantees of freedom of entrepreneurial activity”, and “On licensing of certain activities.”

After the discussion of the draft law, MPs passed the document in the second reading.
