During the session, it was noted that the realtor services market in Uzbekistan is expanding due to intensive development of market economy in the country. According to the State Statistics Committee of Uzbekistan, currently, number of registered realtor organizations makes up 2,516, which render mediatory services in real estate market. But according to estimates of the specialists, there are many people, who carry out this activity without state registration.
The law will help to create necessary and effective legal base, which would regulate real estate activity and implementation of which would serve as barrier before unskilled people. The second law includes this activity to list of activities, which require license. The law will help to develop real estate market in Uzbekistan, the press services of the parliament said.
MPs underlined that the laws will help create organizational and legal conditions for development of national real estate market, effective activity of businesses, which officially registered and render mediatory service in real estate market.
MPs approved the concepts of the laws and passed them in first reading. They entrusted corresponding committee to prepare the laws for next reading.
