The meeting was organized in order to protect consumer rights and ensure quality of mobile communication services in line with technical norms, as well as provide opportunity to subscribers to communicate 24hours a day.
Earlier, State inspection for supervision in sphere of communication, informatization and telecommunication technologies directed orders to four of five mobile operators to improve quality of communication services. Inspection revealed several violating in providing services to consumers.
The meeting participants considered mobile network coverage in settlements with low number of population, providing services round a clock, uninterrupted work of base stations.
They also discussed construction and legalization of base stations in short period of time and improving work of call centers.
The participants adopted corresponding decisions on considered issues.
