US ambassador to Uzbekistan Richard Norland

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- President of Uzbekistan Islam Karimov received US ambassador to Uzbekistan Richard Norland at Oqsaroy residence in Tashkent on 3 June.

The head of the state said the meeting was a good opportunity to exchange views on the issues of bilateral and multilateral cooperation, UzA reported.

During the meeting, the sides considered issues of developing cooperation in regional security, trade and economic field, as well as implementation of projects in humanitarian and other areas.
