In his letter to Turkmen President, Uzbek leader said: "For continuation of bilateral dialogue, I want to invite You, Mr. Gurbangulu Myalikgulyevich, to visit the Republic of Uzbekistan on an official visit on 24-25 February 2009. I believe that your upcoming visit will make it possible to in detail discuss the prospects for our multilateral cooperation in the interests of Uzbek and Turkmen peoples."
