The sides considered current affairs of political-economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and Indonesia, perspectives of collaboration in fight against terrorism, exchanged opinion on regional and international issues of mutual interest, as well as interaction within framework of the SCO, ASEAN and ICO.

Within the framework of the consultations, the sides held a business forum with presentation of trade-economic, investment and tourism potential of Uzbekistan. The forum was attended by the representatives of businesses, government, financial and private sector of Indonesia.

The press service said the presentations attracted interest of the Indonesian side and the sides discussed further development of trade-economic and investment cooperation. The sides noted perspectives in cooperation in tourism, healthcare and pharmaceuticals.
