The resolution approved the agreement between the Governments of two states on cooperation in agro-industrial complex and the agreement between the Governments of two states on governmental relations. Both agreements were signed on 10 March 2008.

Foreign Affairs Ministry of Uzbekistan was entrusted to send a note to Turkmen side to inform that Uzbekistan carried out all necessary internal procedures to ensure these documents come into force.
