Norma.uz said that the regulation sets rules for combination of jobs and positions. The government determined list of persons, who cannot work in two positions.

According to the regulation, persons under the age of 18 and those, who work in unfavourable conditions, cannot combine works.

Workers of President’s Office, Executive Office of the Cabinet of Ministers, heads of state bodies, their deputies and heads of their structural divisions, heads of regions, districts and cities and their deputies and others cannot combine jobs.

The document also determined list of jobs, which is not considered as combination of jobs. The list includes teachers, scientific work, medical works, accounting, legal and other consultative services.

The regulation regulates other issues related to payment of the workers, who work in several jobs, documents, which should be submitted to employment, etc.
