Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan has commented on reports regarding an alleged entry ban for Uzbek citizens into the United Arab Emirates.

In its statement, the Ministry emphasized that the information circulating on social media is unfounded and fake.

"The visa-free regime between Uzbekistan and the UAE remains in effect. No official sources have reported the introduction of any restrictions," the Ministry noted.

The Foreign Ministry also urged citizens to rely only on official and verified sources of information.
