Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Acting Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a meeting with a representative of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights.

“Today we had a warm meeting with Ambassador Albert Jonsson, representative of the OSCE Office for Democratic Institutions and Human Rights in the Ministry of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan,” said B. Saidov.

“We are convinced that there is a huge potential for expanding mutually beneficial cooperation. We welcome the ODIHR Observation Mission for the Referendum in Uzbekistan, which is part of the country’s vital reform in our modern history, aimed at improving the well-being of the people,” the Uzbek Foreign Minister noted.
