Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- On 28 May, Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov held a round table in Rome with the participation of about 30 Italian companies.

As part of the round table, a fruitful conversation took place with leading Italian companies about the further implementation of joint projects in energy, textiles, transport, information technology, mechanical engineering and other areas.

“We emphasized the huge potential in economic and investment cooperation between Uzbekistan and Italy, especially in the B2B format. We are grateful to Deputy Foreign Minister Maria Tripodi for her support,” the head of the Ministry of Foreign Affairs noted in his Telegram channel.
