Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — The Minister of Foreign Affairs of Uzbekistan, Bakhtiyor Saidov, received Gideon Lustig, the newly appointed Ambassador of Israel to Uzbekistan.

The Foreign Minister accepted the copies of credentials from Ambassador Gideon Lustig.

During the meeting, the parties discussed various aspects of bilateral cooperation, with particular emphasis on advancements in technology.

Bakhtiyor Saidov also expressed hopes for the swift stabilization of the situation in the Middle East, stressing that it is necessary for the overall prosperous development. At the end of the meeting, the Foreign Minister wished the Ambassador productive work in Uzbekistan.
