Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A meeting was held between the Minister of Foreign Affairs of the Republic of Uzbekistan Bakhtiyor Saidov and representatives of the American-Uzbek Chamber of Commerce, along with American companies including Citi, FedEx, Visa, JPMorgan, Urnex Brands, the Minnesota Soybean Producers Association, and Thermoplan.
The discussion focused on prospects for developing economic cooperation between Uzbekistan and the United States.
During the meeting, company representatives put forward several proposals aimed at expanding investment projects in Uzbekistan, particularly in various sectors.
Bakhtiyor Saidov emphasized the importance of creating favorable conditions for foreign companies operating in Uzbekistan. He highlighted a number of already implemented projects involving American capital and expressed readiness for further collaboration.
