President of Uzbekistan Shavkat Mirziyoyev signed a relevant resolution.

Uzbek leader instructed the Ministry of Finance to provide interest-free budget loans for 2 trillion soums to oil refineries of Uznefteproduct by the end of 2017 to import of hydrocarbon raw materials and finished petroleum products.

According to the decree, hydrocarbon raw materials imported by the enterprises of the republic, regardless of their form of ownership and use, are exempted from customs payments till 1 January 2020.

For the same period, the oil refineries of Uznefteprodukt are exempt from income tax, with the targeted direction of the released funds for modernization of the capacities and increase production volumes.
