Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- A meeting with representatives of the Korean delegation was held in the executive office of the Pension Fund under the Ministry of Finance.

The meeting was attended by Deputy Minister of Finance Y. Tursunov, Deputy Director of the International Association of Pension and Social Funds E. Kuanyshev, the Korean delegation led by the Director of the National Pension Service of the Republic of Korea Joun Il Ho, as well as employees of the Pension Fund and the Ministry of Finance.

The meeting discussed the role of information technology in the country’s pension system and the work being done to optimize the process of assigning pensions. The issues outlined in the draft Concept of the pension reform were also discussed. Both sides agreed to work together in the future.
