Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary of Uzbekistan to Singapore Alisher Kurmanov presented credentials to the President of Singapore Sellapan Ramnathan.

The sides considered issues on current state and perspectives of bilateral relations between Uzbekistan and Singapore in politics, trade-economic, as well as humanitarian and tourism spheres.

Mr. Sellapan Ramnathan expressed his confidence in gradual development of relations between the countries in line with agreements achieved during the visit of Uzbek President Islam Karimov to Singapore in January 2007.
