Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) -- Deputy Prime Minister of the Republic of Uzbekistan, Minister of Economy and Finance Jamshid Kuchkarov held a meeting with representatives of the British delegation led by British Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary to Uzbekistan Timothy Smart.

During the conversation, issues of technical assistance to the development of "green" energy in our country, increased attention to small and medium-sized businesses, development of a training program for the introduction of new financial instruments, and expansion of interaction during regular trainings and seminars were discussed.

In particular, the parties exchanged views on the IPO of large state-owned enterprises and banks, the transformation and privatization of state assets, as well as the British experience in this area.

At the end of the dialogue, the parties agreed to further expand and develop mutually beneficial cooperation.
