Uzbek Delegation Participates in World Chinese Language Conference

Tashkent, Uzbekistan (UzDaily.com) — A delegation from Uzbekistan, led by Hilola Umarova, Deputy Head of the Presidential Administration, took part in the opening ceremony of the World Chinese Language Conference 2025.

The event also brought together Chinese officials, including Vice Premier Ding Xuesong and Minister of Education Xuai Xinping, as well as ministers and deputy ministers of education from more than 10 countries, including Azerbaijan, Georgia, Thailand, Moldova, Ghana, Venezuela, and representatives from Cambodia, Saudi Arabia, Cyprus, Cuba, Brazil, and others. In total, over 2,000 participants from 160 countries attended the conference.

In her speech, Hilola Umarova highlighted the dynamic development of bilateral cooperation between Uzbekistan and China in the field of education, emphasizing joint projects implemented within this framework.

During the conference, the delegation is holding a series of meetings with Chinese government agencies and educational institutions aimed at expanding educational cooperation.
