Additional work is being done in this field at the following customs checkpoints: S. Najimov under the State Customs Committee’s Directorate for Tashkent Region, Andarkhon under the State Customs Committee’s Directorate for Ferghana Region, Dovud-Ota under the State Customs Committee’s Directorate for the Republic of Karakalpakistan and Syrdayra under the State Customs Committee’s Directorate for Syrdayra Region.
Joint work with international organizations is being done to provide checkpoints with scanning equipment to monitor large sized freight and containers.
The SCC is taking necessary measures to create favourable conditions at the customs checkpoints for citizens crossing the border, as well as for participants in the foreign economic activities and foreign haulage companies.
