During operative measures, carried out in Jalaquduq district of Andijan region, customs officers prevented attempt of illegal smuggling large part of karakul skins to neighboring country.

During inspection of T-28 vehicle, customs officers found and seized 1,063 units of leather products with preliminary cost of 3 million soums. K. Hasanov was the owner of the leather products and he was planning to realize them in neighboring state.

In the same region, the customs officers also prevented another attempt to smuggle leather products. During the raid, the officers seized 23 units of cattle skins. The smugglers run away to neighboring country, leaving the cargo, after they see customs officers.
